His site might not actually cure AIDS but it might make you ballsy enough to get them and see if it does.
Chris Stein's Artwork
Definitely a good guy to have during an intense brainstorming session. Filled to the brim with mythology, creativity, and a vocabulary. Thats right, vocabulary.

2008-07-31: PennySavers and The Dark Knight. | 6 Karma ++ --

Alright, this year had some awesome movies. In particular July saw the theatrical releases of The Dark Knight, Hellboy 2, X-Files: I want to Believe, and the most impressive of the bunch, PennySavers: Because Revenge Is Cheap.

PennySavers was an amazing movies about redemption and revenge. Starring Bill Grimek as Fiesty McJustice with a supporting cast of Tom Pollock, John English, Bill "One Armed Ninja" Gibson, Chris Stein, and John Mullanaphy, I already knew this movie would be Oscar bound. Here's the official trailer:

More information about this masterpiece can be found at: http://www.pennysaversmovie.com/.

Now on to The Dark Knight. This movie was barely beat out by PennySavers which is quite an achievement. It was so phenominal yet its still hard to rate it against Batman Begins.

The Joker definitely lives up to all the hype as getting the title of best character to hit the films in God knows how long. However Harvey Dent is extremely close in performance with both of them beating out Bale. Honestly never knew I would've looked forward to seeing a Ledger performance (used to seeing him in romantic comedies like 10 Things I Hate About You, yes did see it...). But man did he nail it.

The only big drawback the movie had was Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel. Horrible decision by casting. Horrible, horrible, horrible decision. Usually she is a decent actress talent wise but very lack luster in this movie. There was no chemistry between either of her love interests while her "playful" scenes looked anything but playful and her sad\serious scenes made her look like a grieving, half-dead grandmother. Atrocious. Perfect example being her encounter with Alfred (Michael Caine, amazing actor) talking about 'heroic' and what nots. What a bitch.

So PennySavers gets a whopping A+ out of 10 while The Dark Knight achieves a 9.75/10 (thanks to Maggie's -.25). Also, please take some time to see Hellboy 2 and the X-Files both movies were good. They were just very bad in terms of planning their release dates. I mean to release them within a week of PennySavers and The Dark Knight? Are you fucking kidding me? Retards.

Heres one last TV Spot for you to check out. Mmmmm:
